Nuestro objetivo es brindar una forma digital y ágil la elaboración de presupuestos con los mas variados estilos exclusivos con una finalización de atendimiento virtual y/o personal para el proceso de compra y el debido despacho internacional desde fábrica de los estilos originales y exclusivos (diseñados o no por el cliente).

CÓMO FUNCIONAMOS?
STEP 1 / EXPLORE AND CHOOSE YOUR FAVORITE STYLES
Explore and define the style(s) of your preference by browsing through all the available series and designs.
STEP 2 / ADD YOUR CHOICE TO THE CART TO QUOTE
Once you find your style, you must add a symbolic "€1" to the shopping cart or basket to consolidate your list of preferences.
STEP 3 / INDICATE THE AMOUNT OF M2 YOU WANT TO BUDGET AND WHETHER OR NOT YOU NEED A SAMPLE
In the chosen style, write the quantity in square meters "M2" that you want to quote and indicate if you would like a sample* (It is advisable to increase the quantity to order between 5% and 10% to take into account losses due to installation and/or future repairs) *When handling exclusive styles, you may want to see a sample of the chosen style in your hands or with the end customer, in which case the samples are not charged, only their shipping.
STEP 4 / CHECK YOUR CART OR BASKET TO REQUEST A QUOTE
Once you have made your selections, check that all the selected styles are listed in the final shopping cart list with the corresponding square meters and whether or not a sample is needed. Note: when checking your consolidated order, consider that each container to be exported from the factory to your destination has a maximum capacity of between 1200 and 1400 m2 per container.
STEP 5 / VERIFY YOUR DATA TO RECEIVE A QUOTE AND SAMPLE
Once your list is confirmed, our experts will make a budget of all the styles that will bring your projects to life. Additionally, indicate your data for receiving the budget and address for receiving the physical sample and that's it. Once your list is finalized,
STEP 6 / COMMUNICATION FOR FINAL STEPS
Our DCT team will contact you to: 1. Confirm the order 2. Confirm the shipping company and destination (sea port or final location of the palletized merchandise project) 3. Confirm merchandise insurance and answer questions 4. Confirm amounts to be paid (50% upon confirming the order and 50%* of the merchandise at the port to begin international and national transport to the destination) 5. Confirm the date of receipt of the merchandise *Payments must be made for correct dispatch to the final destination
STEP 7 / DELIVERY AT DESTINATION
Satisfactory delivery at destination and verification that the merchandise arrived correctly.
STEP 8 / POST-SALES FOLLOW-UP FOR CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
